Returns
Most new and unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Products must be in resalable condition.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased:
- Human hair products
- Wigs, lace wigs, toppers, and hairpieces that have been worn, cut, colored, washed, or altered
- Hair extensions, braiding hair, and weaves that have been opened or used
- Cosmetics, makeup, skincare, and personal care products that have been opened or used
- Earrings and other personal-use accessories
- Clearance, final sale, or marked-down merchandise
- Gift cards
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly review the issue and work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment whenever possible.
- If the original payment method is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Online Orders
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
Exchanges
Eligible items may be exchanged for the same product or another item of equal value, subject to product availability.
